I am sharing this tip...I hope it helps someone. I had trouble connecting to My Ford Mobile for a week and couldn’t reach tech support by phone. Customer service later got back to me via email advising a master reset on the car.. In case you face such you can just go to Settings > System > Master Reset and follow the prompts. Remember to remove the navigation SD card and use a modern browser like Chrome or Firefox to re-enter your car info. After doing this, I reconnected instantly without losing any travel data.
