Transaxle Fluid Change?

Does FFE require transaxle fluid change? If so, how frequently and is is a drain and fill?

I would do it every 30,000 to 60,000 miles, depending on how hard you drive it.

There is not a separate differential that needs to be drained and filled correct?

Should be a single unit. A helical gear off the motor drives the diff

Hmm. It's not called out in the service schedule. But considering that I'm about to get my motor and transaxle replaced, maybe I will start with some frequent oil changes!

I don't think it's intended to be changed. Compared to an ICE vehicle, that gear leads a pretty easy life.
