I think the advantages are that the costs are (so far) lower than most and the installation will be done through a nationwide major. They won't be having the Geek Squad install electrical conduit. If that is necessary for the 240v install, they will have local licensed electricians do it.The...

The LEAF does not have a program for battery leasing. I believe that the Renault sister platform will in Europe.
I would be very surprised if Ford has an option for leasing the battery. In fact, I think i am fairly safe in saying that this option will not be offered.
