    Stop Safely Now Warning

Update 9/3/13 - I heard from the Service Supervisor that they don't feel good about releasing the car. They are in contact with Ford technical people at the local and corporate level. In the mean time I am driving a Ford Fusion. Not nearly as fun or cool as the FFE or the BMW 650i I traded...

    Stop Safely Now Warning

Latest update from the dealer: the service supervisor told me to keep the dealer supplied rental until Tuesday when a Field Service Engineer can have a look. The supervisor told me that my car had "both trouble codes" that indicated that it needed a software update. Unfortunately, there is no...

    Stop Safely Now Warning

Just finished doing that.........good suggestion. Hopefully everyone with the problem reports it to the NHTSA. They might be able to apply the proper pressure to Ford to fix it. Not sure I can trust that car now. I'll have my daughter drive the Toyota Prius from now on.

    Stop Safely Now Warning

My daughter was driving home from school and got the SSN on a 45MPH street. The car shut down before she could even get all the way to the curb. 1378 miles on the odometer. Not cool Ford.......
