Test out Departure / GO Times as well! I used to use those a lot when MFM still existed but they've been broken for me since my upgrade.

At least the person you talked to acknowledged a software update. The Ford Customer Service Rep I talked to basically told me the upgrade was complete and the CSP was closed for my car.

I got in contact with the Dealer who did my upgrade, they said they'd have to look into it further and they'd contact me with an update Monday. Fingers crossed!

My Go Times have not saved or worked since I got my modem upgrade done.

Could be they are rolling out to a very select few to see if the updates work before rolling out the rest of us. Would love to see if this update also fixes GO Times as well since I used that quite a bit before I got my modem upgrade.

Do your GO Times (Departure Times in the Fordpass App) work now as well? Ford SYNC website says I've got the latest SYNC version (3.0.20204) and Fordpass hasn't been updated recently AFAIK. Would love to know if this could be rolled out to other Focus EV owners!

Fordpass app apparently got an update this past weekend. So far, I've noticed that I'm now getting push notifications from the app, but the "Set Charge Level Notification" button is entirely gone now as well. I haven't noticed anything else.

My estimated charge completion continues to update with every DC fast charge but still doesn't update for Level 1/2 AC charging. Currently, mine is stuck on Sunday, Oct 02 at 2:24 PM.

Is anyone else getting a bug where when you manually refresh the home page of the Fordpass app, it acts like you just remote-started your car from the app and shows the shutting-off timer at the top of the screen? Thankfully it doesn't actually start the car, but still.

I've had the HD radio going in and out quite often, however, I believe that my dashcam is the one interfering with the radio signal. It's possible I'm wrong, though.

Seems to function, but I only got an in-app notification, not a push notification.

Is anyone else's "Charge Type Network" in Charging Details populating with info? I clicked on Charging Details earlier and found that "Charge Type Network" at the bottom had populated with "Level_1_120_VAC_" instead of the usual "N/A". Opening the Charging Details page also now crashes/reboots...

I wish I knew a fix for it, but I, unfortunately, don't. If I do find a fix, however, I will gladly post here.

I miss all of the customizable notification settings that MFM had. Fordpass has 1 settable notification that I know of, and it doesn't even function for us yet.

My upgrade worked the first time, albeit I had to wait a few days. I did shop around a bit, see if any dealers around me sounded like they knew about the upgrade, and did mine at a dealer that sounded like they had already done an upgrade before mine.
