Well I would not believe I would ever see my 2014 FFE case resolved an in my case it took 8 months:
2014 FFE at shop May 2014 (11 month old , 11000 miles)...motor had dropped and damaged front end and AC lines.
After a month of "inaction" due to various reasons such as parts being back-ordered Ford gave me a loaner Focus.
After filing with the Autoline BBB (as per manual) it was decided in September that I would get a new car.
2016 FFE ordered by Ford Oct 19th. got it yesterday; not sure why we get '16 FFE 4 months later than other Western States.
Summary: I drove 11,000 miles on '14 FFE plus 8,000 miles on Focus and after all this got a 2016 FFE for no extra cash.
Although under the lemon law they charged me 11/100k for the usage or about $4k I was still ahead as the '14 MSRP used to be 37k versus 31k or so now...yes I paid about 34k at the time!
SO my math is that I paid about 34k originally, drove 19,000 miles on Ford's dime and have a brand new '16 for the equivalent of about 15k since I can apply the $7500 fed tax credit and PA $2000 rebate twice! Sad part is my '14 FFE is still in the dealers lot and responding to my phone app.
I am LOVE the new screen/Sync3 on 2016 FFE!
