Auto Shut Off?

My wife is the primary driver of our 2015 FFE and claims that if the car is turned on and not moving (idling) for 45 - 60 minutes that it will automatically turn off.

Is this true or her imagination?

If you are in the car and turn it off, but don't open the door, it will keep the console/radio and cabin fan going for about 30 minutes.

One day at work I moved my car away from the charger to make way for someone else and forgot to turn it off when I got out. It was still "running" like 4 hours later.
