Backup camera showed upside-down image?!

Today I shifted into reverse and was greeted by an upside-down image from the backup camera. The parking guides were also missing. Shifting in/out of reverse and turning the car off/on did not correct the image.

Later on, I went into the vehicle settings and toggled each of the backup camera options from and back to its current setting. When I next shifted into reverse, the image was correctly oriented and the guides were back.

Strange. :?

Anyone else ever seen this behavior?

I remember another person posting about this issue a few months ago, but I think he ended up at the dealer to fix.
