When I say degas mode, I'm just describing the behavior when the dealer diagnostic tool triggers it. If you need to do any more, you want set all 3 diverters to their midpoint (pretty sure they center at 0deg and swing negative or positive for each end), slowly turn up the pumps to 90-95% speed and let it run for 15 to 20 minutes.But it's entirely possible there isn't any more air to get out.
