Can we charge at any Ford Dealership for free?

I can't seem to find the answer to this question, but does anyone know if we are allowed to charge at the dealership for free similar to how Nissan allows Leaf owners to charge there?

It seems like with the 6.6kw charger, a quick 30min - 1 hour boost would be helpful sometimes.

It might be different at each location but a Ford dealer in San Diego offers free charging. I think there is only one though.
