Ok, I think this is a new one.

I have my car set to value charge between 1 and 5am. I've set that twice since I bought the car, once when I bought it, and once again after my modem was replaced in Dec '16. Both times I set it on the car itself, I've never used the App or the Website to set charging times.

Fast forward to this past Sunday. I used the car, got home and plugged it in. Went down to the garage later and noticed the car was charging. Very weird, but it's happened 2-3 times before. On Monday I drove the car and noticed when I turned it off the display to the right of the speedo (which usually says 1am start charge time and whenever for end time) only had dashes, no times.

I'm unable to do anything with charging times, I can't select value charge or regular charge.

Also, I'm unable to change the treble, midrange, bass, fade, or left/right for the speakers. They are stuck at 0, and the fade is stuck toward the front.

I pulled Fuse 67 to reset the system. No change.

Tried calling Ford, they were useless. She kept saying the ONLY way to set a value charge was to use the website or the app. I couldn't get her off that (kept explaining that the sound settings were also locked). Basically couldn't get her off the script.

Anyone have any other suggestions??

Nope, Only suggestion I have is take it to the dealer and have them fix it under warranty. Let us know what fixes this. I for one am curious. Sounds like a bug or glitch in Sync. No surprise when Microsoft is involved :lol:
