Also, some like to mention (roughly) where they are in the country (state, or province of Canada, etc.).
A feeling of mine: there are probably many owners who are still happy with their Focus Electrics, essentially trouble-free. There is also a smaller set with problems: those are more likely to write in and share what they have come across (and ask for suggestions). I.e., do not be put off too much by the trouble reports ... and note that many older reports are about problems that have been fixed through recalls.
