I'm writing from Plug'n Drive to invite all LEAF owners to the EV Cruise taking place on Saturday at Vaughan City Hall, Ontario. Arrangements have been made to accommodate parking for electric vehicles and plugin hybrids in the east parking lot of Vaughan City Hall by the dual wand Level ll EV charger to celebrate Earth Hour.
It's a great way for you to show their support for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. All you have to do is look for the green Plug’n Drive tent and take a couple hours of your Saturday to share your personal experience driving electric with event attendees. For more information members you go to www.earthhourvaughan.ca. Here's an agenda of the festivities.
Vaughan City Hall - 2141 Major Mackenzie Dr W (just east of Keele on Major Mac)
• 6:30 pm - Energy Conservation Exhibit; Secondary School Environmental Trivia Game; Lantern-making;
• 8:00 pm - Opening Ceremonies
• 8:30 pm – Lights Out, Lantern Walk and Cycling Night Ride
• 9:00 pm - Refreshments; Entertainment
• 9:30 pm - Community Green Hero Awards & Prizes
We hope you're able to make it out.
Thanks!
