Just had the 2G modem replaced with the 3G and ever since, my car doesn't warm up in the morning (I have it set for 8AM). Also, I keep getting text message alerts around 9:12am saying my car isn't plugged in for my scheduled charge to begin. But my value charge session is scheduled for around midnight.

Anyone know how to solve this?

This is exactly what happened to me. i had to to a "master reset" on the car and also delete the app on my phone and re-install. you will lose all your data but ubfortuanately, that's what worked. hope this help
 
MyFord Touch

Select “Settings” from the list on the right side of the screen.
Select “System” at the top of the list.
Scroll down until you see “Master Reset”, then press it.

Also check the timezone on the app is set correctly
