People from throughout the Bay Area came out to spend an afternoon in the park, drive a variety of other EVs and talk to their owners about what it’s like to drive electric.
The North Bay EAA chapter co-hosted the Santa Rosa meet-up, showing up with a fairly impressive variety of EVs ranging from a Tesla Roadster to a Coda sedan, and two well-maintained Electric Ford Rangers from the late 1990's.
The Electric Car Guest Drive final spring events run from 12 - 6pm in San Jose on Saturday, May 31st and Monterey on Sunday, June 1st.
If you're interested in driving some of these EVs, you can reserve your spot behind the wheel of the Fiat 500e, Tesla Model S, Ford Focus, Honda Fit EV and other EVs at the club's web site: http://www.electriccarguestdrive.com -- Hope to see you there.
