Mine always instantly blow cold.I have poor 2014 23kwh FFE and i have installed heated front window, so i dont need to use blower heater in winter. Yes, it is cold to drive, but at least i get my range. I can not even think about turning on heater. We have cold winters in Lithuania (-4 farenheit at times).On summer on the other hand i can always use A/C without significant range drops.
