MFM 0 Wh/mi

My MFM works perfectly except for it doesn't report the energy consumption from the trips. Every trip reads 0 Wh/mi. Does pulling the "Telematics" fuse usually take care of stuff like this?

Nope, mine did that for all 3 years I owned it. Wasn't ever able to get that to read a value.

It doesn't make any sense. Even if the car doesn't report it the app knows how long my trip was and what the overall consumption was. Simple division.

Yeah that function is totally broken. Nothing you can do about it.

The community stuff makes no sense. Achievements are meaningless. Sometimes the odometer reading is wrong. There are a lot of bugs in that website. Ford has chosen to do nothing about it.

Stupid things happen in the app also. Brake scores and driving scores are rarely correct. Sometimes it can't find the car, or places it in the wrong place. Sometimes updates happen in seconds other times it takes forever and doesn't update.

Neither of these things (the website or the app) are Ford's strength. They do a great job building cars, and a horrible job on everything software.
