I just bought Ford Focus Electric 2014 from US and ship it to Iceland.
Is there any change to get the navigation working?

Well the Focus in general is a world wide car: If you see ICE Focuses there with My Ford Touch then you should be able to get a Nav card for Iceland.
That would take care of the maps.
Sirius/XM radio and travel link won't work in Iceland though.
