I just received the following text from my FFE:
Matt's EV has severely limited performance due to COLD temperatures. If the vehicle is not plugged-in, please plug the vehicle in.
It's 65 degrees right now, headed towards a high of 70 degrees today. That's "cold"?
This will be my third winter (upcoming) with my FFE, and I've never received this warning before, even when temperatures were much lower than 65.
------
EDIT: So, it warned me again (same warning, just a repeat) like 15 minutes after the first time. I was waiting for station (at work) so I couldn't plug in immediately at the first warning. While I was waiting, I noticed (via the MFM app) the car had started estimating lower ranges... 53 miles on a full charge. When I was finally able to plug in (just now), the status changed to "charging" (of course) and the full charge range estimate immediately went back up to over 80 miles.
Still, all very odd. :?
