Satellite Radio with No Signal

I just picked up my used 2014 FFE yesterday. When I switched to satellite radio, all the channels worked, but there was a box stating no signal in the middle of the display while the bottom left corner read acquiring. I was able to fix the problem by doing a radio refresh: https://care.siriusxm.com/retailrefresh_view.action

As a follow up, I just made an appointment to have the Radio Hard Reset. It worked for 24 hours.

It appears the car was used in Canada and the radio is set to Canadian Satellite Radio Style.
