Starting issue

The Green car does not show up on my dash, alot of the times, when I start.
I have to recycle the startup process several times before it does correct.

Is this a known bug.?

Sort of: The FFE has a set sequence it likes to start up. If you go too fast or don't do things right it won't "start".

Typically I would:

• Open the door and slide in putting my foot on the brake
• Press the start button once seated (keeping foot on brake)
• close door
• buckle seat belt
• take foot off brake

By the time I was done with that sequence the car would be ready to go. Once I started following the sequence I never had an issue with the car not being ready to go.

Strangely I've found that the C-Max also doesn't like quick starts....

buckle seat belt
Press the start button once seated (keeping foot on brake)
take foot off brake
