Towing eye bolt, where to buy?

Does anyone know where I can buy the towing eye bolt? The one that screws into the front bumper to pull it up on a flat bed or hopefully never needed to retrieve the FFE from a ditch?

On my 2012 FFE the hole in the bumper does not line up with the threaded hole for the eyebolt, so its impossible to use the towingbolt.

Weird.

Ha! I just took my cover off and looked--same deal--no threaded hole! (2014)
