Trip & Charge Log - Average Economy

I had the modem replaced this past weekend. When I view the Trip & Charge Log on MFM (website or App), my trips are recorded, with the correct mileage and kwh used, brake and driving score, time and date and distance. The only piece of data missing is the Average Economy, which gets reported as "0 Unknown". After my trip ends in the car, however, the left display DOES show the correct info.
Anyone else see this?
