Value Charge does not work for us. It starts at the correct time but stops too early, usually when the battery reaches around 50%. I have alerted Ford and they have suggested resetting the Value Charge settings, which I did, and it did not help. They 'escalated' my case but it has been weeks and they have not gotten back to me. Are the engineers really working on fixing this? I have no idea because I get no communication from Ford about the issue.
