911 Assist feature with Sync 3 & Android Auto or CarPlay

Hello

I have noticed that my FFE 2017 has the 911 Assist feature but I don't know if it is disable when Apple CarPlay or Android Auto is activated.
I have read in the Owner Manual that Apple CarPlay and Android Auto disable some SYNC 3 features but there are not listed.

If someone knows the answer, thanks for sharing it with me!

Hi,

I have noticed that if I connect my iPhone with CarPlay, I can still activate 911 Assist feature but without setting my emergency contacts.
My emergency contacts are reset to undefined if I use CarPlay and disconnect my iPhone.

I have sent an email to Ford to confirm if the feature is really enable when CarPlay or Android is activated.
