Thank goodness! I paid them $99 for their garage survey. They sent out 2 teenagers who obviously had no idea what they were doing. They read through a checklist and did some measurements and left. They were ther less than 15 minutes. That was 7 weeks ago and they still have yet to call back to arrange the electrician to come and actually install anything. Good thing I called a different electrician. I called them to ask for a refund because they never provided the full service that was supposed to come with the site survey and they said they can't so anything. BRUTAL!
If you are near Vancouver, BC, call PowerPros. They sent out an electrician the next day after I called them to check out the location for the install and provided a quote, all for free. I booked them for 2 days later and they did a heat job on the install and stuck to the quoted price. Excellent service!
