There are many parts in that pic. To which are you referring to? The HV junction box, inverter, motor/gearbox are all one unit called the TCM (traction control module) if that is what you are looking for.

EDIT: I misspoke it's TCM not TCU I corrected the original post above.

That is the top of the TCM. It is the high voltage junction box. The orange wires on the right are from the battery. The 3 pair going out the left go to (from back to front) the Cabin heater, AC compressor, and DC-DC converter. I don't know what's in there but I think there are high voltage fuses in there. I don't think you can get just the high voltage junction box as a separate part but I really don't know. What is the problem that you need to fix?
