Longtime lurker here but had not needed to post.
Have had a Ford Focus electric since 2017, it has served me well with zero issues in the past 7 years.
Just recently I had an issue where the car scraped pretty badly over a bump, it was unusual since it wasn’t a large bump and today trying to go through the car wash it could go over the guiding rail without scraping.
I looked underneath and it looks like the frame towards the drivers side back wheel has dropped slightly?
Anyone have issue such as this? I am waiting to take it into Ford.
