This one still shows the Aston Martin style grill which some folks were speculating may not show up on the production version; just a rumor or something else? Could have been they confuse what the EV version will look like against the euro-only diesel ICE or possibly the eco-version ICE with motororized grill vents (as no vents are needed on the EV I would doubt that the production EV would go this route) ... anyone see more recent photos of the EV ?

The Ford Focus Electric is one of five electrified vehicles included in Ford's electrification strategy.

Initial deliveries of the Transit Connect Electric began in North America at the end of last year and it will also makes it way to China later in 2011.

"The Ford Focus Electric is the flagship of our new family of electrified vehicles, showcasing our commitment to offer consumers choice when it comes to fuel efficient or fuel-free vehicles," said Derrick Kuzak, group vice president of global product development at Ford.
