I negotiated for a 3-year lease that got me into my new 2016 FFE for $199 a month plus tax ($206 monthly total) with $4500 trade-in on my 2006 BMW 325i with 89k miles. No cash out of my pocket to make the deal, all the fees were included.

I put down $500 at signing and $272/mo for 10.5k mi lease in Sacramento area. That includes all costs and Wear Care. Tectonic with leather.
