S SuperDAVEpostal Member Joined Nov 26, 2014 Messages 7 Nov 29, 2017 #3 There is a black plastic collar just behind the ignitor. You twist it counter clock wise a bit to disengage then pulls out. Had to get my daughter to do it because my fat sausage like fingers wouldn't fit.
