How to find the towing eye socket for the front on Focus 2014

I managed to find a cover on the front bumper for what I thought was the hole for tow eye, but there is nothing behind it to thread the hook into? Anyone else run into this issue before? Anyone else have a good idea on how to attach this vehicle for towing?

I think they just reused the plastic bumper from an EU focus. The owners manual explicitly states they are to be flat-towed with all wheels off the ground. Recovery with a winch can hook on quite a few places without it.

Can you recommend a good place to hook it to a winch. I just need to pull it 3 block to my house. Everything on the bottom seems to be paneled in.

I used a car dolly to bring mine on a 4hr trip home from where I bought it. I think you just need to make sure the front wheels don't spin when towing.

When I say recovery, I'm mean pulling it back onto the road or onto a flatbed. You shouldn't be using a winch to tow it on the road.
