I took possession of a used 2017 Focus Electric last Friday. I got a good price and the car is in perfect condition. The range in winter at 100% charge is about 130 km, which is more than enough for my needs. It's a second car, the main one being a Mustang Mach E. There's still a year's warranty on the high-voltage battery. Do any of you also have a Focus Electric as a second car? I know it's not the car with the best reputation for reliability, but it's a real pleasure to drive. 🙂20241122_173725.jpg

I've got a 2017 FFE as a second car. I held on to my 2007 Honda Accord when I bought the Focus, so I'd have something for long trips. Most of my driving is around town, but I have an every-Sunday routine that takes 80 miles and the Focus has handled that just fine. In really cold (below 20 F) weather or snowy/icy conditions, I take the Honda, but I mostly drive the Focus. I think it's a great little car and a lot of fun to drive. I think you'll like it a bunch.
