Update:
We sent the car to the dealer, since I was working under the assumption this would be covered under the 8 year warranty.
Dealer told us the high voltage cable to the AC compressor need to be replaced, and it would not be covered under the warranty.
After going around and around with the dealer and Ford about this being a unique component to the electric drive system, the dealer told us they were not covering it because of rodent damage. Dealer suggested to go through our insurance, which is what we are doing, with $1000 deductible. From the picture, I would have just fixed it myself if I had known where the problem was and how to get to it.
So how do we keep the rodents from doing more damage?

Amazing.. I have the exact same issue. Pulled the cover on my 2013 focus & the green wires were chewed.
Removed the connector & shorted the pins with a 100mil header & some jumper wire.. The car starts! Now I just need to fix the connector

FFE-ul nostru 2016 este mort cu o eroare SSN care nu se va șterge. Iată ce primesc de la ForScan:

Simptom suplimentar de eroare 01):
- Defecțiune electrică generală

Stare (-8F):
- DTC prezent la momentul solicitării
- Indicatorul de defecțiune este aprins pentru acest DTC

Modul: Modul de control al grupului motopropulsor

Înghețați cadru #1:
-TOTAL_DISTANCE: 69466 km - Distanța totală
-MODULE_VOLTAGE: 11,8 V - Tensiune modul de control
-OUTDOOR_TEMPERATURE: 14 °C - Temperatura exterioară

Înțeleg că acesta ar putea fi un conector slăbit care cauzează această problemă. Există instrucțiuni unde să găsesc aceste conexiuni înainte de a-l remorca la dealer?
Mașina a fost scoasă la vânzare pentru prima dată în ianuarie 2016, dar de fapt nu a fost vândută până în 2017. Nu sunt sigur dacă Ford va onora garanția sau nu.

mai sunt si niste strapuri de protectie hv care trebuie verificate
