Power connected - Not charging

I've got a 2016 electric Focus.

I left it parked for about 3 months, probably fully charged when parked.
Got in and nothing happened except I think that the screen blinked something about a power save mode and then quickly went blank.
Plugged in the 120v cord (not parked close enough to reach the 220v charger)
On the 120v cord - Green power light on, green car light on steady-no blink. No faults displayed.
Does not seem to be charging at all.
What did I mess up?

I'm going to guess the 12volt battery died. Put a charger on that and see if the car comes to life.

Do you know, does the 12v battery charge off the big one or only when the car is being charged?

12V battery is charged in two cases:
1) From charging 220
2) From a large battery when the machine is turned on
