I'm not the most tech savvy person, so I can't seem to open the RAR file after downloading and extracting it with 7-Zip.

After extraction, there is a folder called 2014_Focus Electric.
Inside that folder, double click either Service Manual or Wiring Diagrams

If you type the password wrong, most programs will still "open" the file but it will be corrupted. It may not actually tell you the password is wrong if it's mis-typed.
