Ich habe vor kurzem einen Ford Focus Electric, Baujahr 2013, gekauft. Das Auto hat aktuell ca. 145.000 Kilometer auf dem Tacho.

Von einem Tag auf den anderen funktionierte die Heizung nicht mehr.
Ich war bereits bei unserem Ford-Händler vor Ort, aber dort konnte mir auch nicht weitergeholfen werden. Der Fehlerspeicher lässt sich nicht auslesen und da ist auch nichts für mich zu machen.
In Österreich wurde der Wagen erst 18 mal verkauft und man weiß nichts davon.
Der eine meinte, der Wagen habe eine Wärmepumpe, der andere, er habe eine Widerstandsheizung.
Was ist richtig?
Nun zu meiner eigentlichen Frage...
Hat jemand eine Idee, wo ich anfangen könnte?

- Die verbleibende Reichweite bleibt im Display gleich und die Heizung zieht auch keinen Strom
- Die Klimaanlage funktioniert, soweit ich das beurteilen kann, bei -10 Grad Celsius.

There should be a copy of the service manual available in a few of the existing forum threads here and, honestly, I'm surprised the local dealer was not able to access it to troubleshoot.
