Brake Power Booster problem

I recently had a problem with brake fluid leaking into the power brake booster. I got a C0047 code while running an OBD scan. Apparently brake fluid damaged the pressure sensor on the booster and it had to be replaced. I am thinking my car had a defective master cylinder installed at the factory for this to happen at only 3500 miles. Anyone else experienced this?

I saw fluid coming out of the switch and have the brake warning on. I'm at the dealership right now.
