hello, help with firmware of the becm unit, or making a CAN bridge, made a battery for 62 kW/h, need to change the voltage range 2.75v - 4.22 full charge 4.22v, and so that the car understands the entire capacity

Hello..I really liked your project..I have a 23kwh 2016 and if I accelerate too hard it turns off and reports a low voltage difference between the batteries...I have all the information about the car..except information from inside the batteries ..Ford limits this information so I can't identify what is causing the car to shut down...I have Forscan...I have all electronic equipment for analysis and a lot of knowledge in electronics and programming but I need information on the internal parts of these batteries... the code for the energy cells so that I can replace some. I have some photos and can share.

Здравствуйте..Мне очень понравился ваш проект..У меня 23 кВтч 2016 года, и если я слишком сильно нажимаю на газ, он выключается и сообщает о низкой разнице напряжений между батареями...У меня есть вся информация об автомобиле...кроме информации о внутренних частях батарей...Ford ограничивает эту информацию, поэтому я не могу определить, что заставляет машину выключаться...У меня есть Forscan...У меня есть все электронное оборудование для анализа и много знаний в электронике и программировании, но мне нужна информация о внутренних частях этих батарей...код для энергетических ячеек, чтобы я мог заменить некоторые из них. У меня есть несколько фотографий, и я могу ими поделиться.

hi..thank´s from the information...my car turn off ( STOP SAFET) RED TRIANGLE....if i try accelerate hard...after turn off and on again the car run fine again..... the erros show like this..

i dont know where is thid sense d..... I BELIVE THIS IS IN LOWER BATTERY. The upper battery shows good ...

connect the diagnostics and prepare a special function, at the moment of acceleration, launch the special function, and you will know exactly the number of the weak cell

When my car did the same thing it was at the dealership for 2 weeks and they couldn't fix it. They told me that the only fix was to replace the battery's for $8,000. I fixed it myself just by disconnecting the interlock (the big square thing behind the rear seat that plugs into the Upper HV battery). It has a lever lock wich MUST be pulled back to 90 degrees and when plugging it back in you need to be sure that the lever pulled all the way back , applying a little pressure to be sure it's seated properly then pushing the lever back down to 0 degrees you should see it getting pulled down into place and lock in position. Since I did that I've had no problems whatsoever. From what I can tell the interlock's were either not plugged in correctly from the factory or the dealership's do this in order to make money or force us to buy a new car.

hi ..i have two scanners autel...but the live data no show the voltage in live of each cell. Have any chance to find and buy this LG cel to fix some blocks? (15v) Lipo cell same size and capacities? And let me know what you need with your project about firmware....maybe can i help with something

As far as I know, it's not possible to modify the charge/discharge curve within the BECM. However, it is possible to modify the capacity.

When I upgraded my car to the 33.5 kWh pack, I had to flash the BECM with as-built data from another 33.5kWh car to get the new pack to work. I'll upload all the as-built data I have later today. Unfortunately I don't think I have any from the 23kWh pack for a direct side-by-side comparison. Block 2 seems to be cell data, but I've been unable to decipher it as yet.

I checked the interlocks in live data to see if at the moment any interlock reported as opened.

I did the test with forscan now and it shows me cell number 25 with 0 volts

Does anyone know where cell number 25 is? Is it on the bottom battery or the top one?

I remember reading a thread about this on here. Look up " Battery cell locations " on the forum, using the blue search button in the top right-hand corner of the forum page. The thread was created by the user Gego, and he states it is in the lower pack. He attached pics and circled the exact location of the module containing cell #25.
