Ford human interface vs others

Backing out of a parking space blind into traffic is the bigger hazard in my opinion.

This is where systems like the Cross Traffic Alert that Ford offers are so helpful. We have that in the Fusion and it has saved us a few times from backing out in front of someone. I wish Ford would offer that system on the Focus Electric.

I agree that backing out is more hazardous than backing in and that's why we usually back in to parking spaces whenever possible.
