However, it is possible you have defined a profile for your home, but the car doesn't realize it's there and observes the default profile. The dash display will tell you if it's going to observe a profile or default.
Furthering michael's discussion: There is some "slack" in the GPS locations (WattsUp figured out that the MFT system forces the GPS readings into a grid). This means that at any given location the car could have you in one of 4 spots (the four corners of the nearest grid square).

In my case I have 3 profiles setup for my home charge (unimaginatively called "Home", "Home 2", and "Home 3"). About 90% of the time the car charges at "Home", 7% of the time at "Home 2" and the remaining 3% of the time at "Home 3" (figures are rough guesstimates :) ).
When we first got the Fusion Energi it did this a few times. We have two parking spaces underground at our apartment which are used interchangeably between the two cars. My wife prefers to always back in so whichever car she's driving gets backed in the the left space. We then pull in to the right space so that the two charging ports are near each other for convenience when unplugging one car & plugging in the other. The Focus has always recognized both spaces as "Home". The Fusion Energi began by recognizing them both as the same address, but calling them two different charge locations. After about a week with two value charge profiles I could see which was dominant. Once I had determined that I deleted the other profile and I deleted it from my charge locations. It hasn't come back since. I wonder if something similar would work for you, Jamie.

There's an issue with the default voltage setting. If you change between charge now and value charge using the web site or app, the default voltage resets to 120. Changing on the dash doesn't do this.

I pointed this out to Ford...guess what still does this..

Thanks, michael--good to know!
