I have a 2016 FFE that had the GPS acting up (more details at http://www.myfocuselectric.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4219).
I reset the fuse, and the dealer reset the APIM and GPS. Both steps did not fix it. Dealer had Ford on the line, and after some diagnosis, approved a new APIM. Got the car last evening, and noticed some differences that I have not seen before. I am attaching some screen shots. The first thing I noticed is that a Climate Button showed up. But, inside the Climate area, none of the options are available to change. The display screen was set to Auto, but does not dim in the night. I also got a "911 Assist is not operational, please contact dealer" audio message".
Was this for a different model? Thoughts?
