Dealerships Stop Maintenances For All FFE

Jordan Country - Amman

We are owners of Ford Focus Electric cars
bought second hand from USA market and had it shipped to jordan
we can not do any maintenance for our cars in Dealership
ford's authorized dealer does not receive any cars for make recalls
or even cover the warranty on the car parts and battery
there are over 500 cars in the city
we adopt other repair centers that are not qualified to provide services for the electric vehicle
the reason of the Ford US this was prevented because cars are not sold in the Middle East
we are very concerned
I wish one of the directors of Ford read my letter and take appropriate action for this unfair decision

That is tough. That's always the problem with importing a gray market car, service.

I say this in the kindest way possible - you do know that nobody from Ford reads this forum? (well except some employees that have FFE's and aren't in a position to help you with service). Or it isn't an official Ford forum.

Your best bet is to try contacting an executive - just look for executive relations at the Ford website. If there is a Ford Twitter account, you might convince the 500 owners to all tweet to that account. 500 tweets about service in Jordan would get somebody's attention.
